Our guests get access to Juliet's courtyard, not the museum/the balcony, both during the opening and the closing time. From 7:30 PM to 9AM our guests can enjoy Juliet's courtyard by themselves.

Hi! We have 2 temporary parking spaces just for check-in/check-out 100 metres away from the hotel. For the rest of your stay, we can recommend Park Cittadella, 800 metres (10 minutes walking) away, very centrally located.

Hi! No, every room is different, but all our Deluxe Rooms have a view of Juliet's Courtyard. When you book a room, you can send us a message and tell us you'd like to have a room with a balcony. If available, we will be glad to meet your needs.
Dear Julian, the parking we recommend is at 10 mins. walk from the hotel. However, we do provide a temporary parking space where you can load/unload your luggage 2 mins. by foot away from the hotel.
